ANALYTICAL SERVICES

Cost-Effective Analysis

Decision-makers have to choose a path that will maximize the most return on their investment. In such instances, North Atlantic Policy Center experts perform cost-effectiveness analysis (“CEA”) to compare the relative costs and benefits of various options. By supplementing CEA with sensitivity and scenario analyses, North Atlantic Policy Center is able to advise clients on the decisions that are most likely to maximize the desired outcome for every dollar spent.

Cost-Benefit Analysis

Similar to cost-effectiveness analysis, cost-benefit analysis (“CBA”) is used to compare alternatives where the benefits can be monetized. North Atlantic Policy Center principals utilize a wide variety of methodologies and tools to conduct CBA, ranging from simple cost and benefit metrics to statistical studies and complex macroeconomic models. North Atlantic Policy Center's objective is to provide unbiased quantitative analysis that helps clients make confident decisions while understanding the potential risk involved.

Regulatory Impact Analysis

Changes in public policies and regulations are typically designed to influence the regular order of business, often with complicated and difficult to quantify consequences on the operations of affected entities. North Atlantic Policy Center uses its unique combination of quantitative rigor and policy expertise to help clients evaluate the impacts of policies on their own operations, and those of their industry, and the expected societal impacts that motivate the policy change. North Atlantic Policy Center further helps clients to communicate findings for internal and external strategic purposes.

Econometric Analysis

To effectively analyze complex economic trends and policy decisions demand sophisticated quantitative techniques. North Atlantic Policy Center experts are highly-skilled in conducting rigorous econometric studies to identify and isolate specific economic relationships. North Atlantic Policy Center is also adept at communicating such studies in a simplified, straightforward manner as to be used by decision-makers, policymakers, and the media.

PROGRAM EVALUATION

Programs should be evaluated to make sure it is providing the desired outcomes at a reasonable cost.

Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods (including logic models, expert panels and surveys, and economic and statistical analyses), North Atlantic Policy Center helps clients improve the functionality and performance of their programs, as well as incorporate outcome-based performance metrics that enable the client to continually monitor the program and make adjustments when necessary to further improve program implementation.

TESTIMONIALS

Indeed other countries are in fact also looking to further review their foreign investment reviews. There is certainly a tension between national security concerns and economic development. Good going. Stuart Malawer Distinguished Service Professor of Law & International Trade,

Good background on the President. You made sure that the Chancellor led with the 2% point in case Trump took the conversation in a different direction. Also good to end with a renewed commitment to working together.   Ambassador (ret.)
